In the Heart of Argentina’s Polo Capital
Set within Argentina’s polo heartland, this private 20-hectare estate offers a rare blend of elegance and nature. Designed for both sport and leisure, the grounds feature professional-grade polo fields, historic stables housing award-winning polo horses, a dedicated training arena, and scenic trails. Every detail of the space reflects the sophistication and heritage of Argentine polo.
After the morning ride through the polo fields and stables, we’ll gather overlooking the main field for a typical Argentine asado — all made with locally sourced ingredients and prepared right in front of us. There will be select cuts of meat slow-cooked over wood embers, traditional empanadas criollas, fresh seasonal salads, classic pan criollo, and homemade chimichurri, paired with some of the best Malbec wines from the region.
Our meals
Live the Argentinian Polo Experience
The Polo Experience is a slice of Argentina’s countryside life: the sound of birds, the smell of wood smoke drifting from the asado, and the warmth of shared meals after a morning in the saddle. Set in the heart of Argentina’s polo country.
Mornings begin with a mate and a walk through the historic stables, where you meet the horses. We ride through wide polo fields and open trails, talking about the sport’s history as the landscape stretches out around us. By midday, we gather at a long table overlooking the main field for a meal prepared in front of us, local cuts of meat slow-cooked over embers, empanadas just out of the oven, fresh seasonal salads, chimichurri made that morning, and Malbec from nearby vineyards.
This is polo in its purest form, not just as a sport, but as a way of life. A day that blends movement and stillness, tradition and connection, leaving you with the taste of good food, the smell of leather and grass, and the memory of an Argentina that’s as real as it gets.
